FHA 232f Loans
FHA offers long term fixed rate refinancing for assisted living centers and nursting homes. Rates are currently in the mid 6% range for 35 year fixed rate financing. The debt service coverage is 1.25 to 1 and the loan to value maximum is 85% with no cash out.
